The PLC INTERFACE BOARD Type 3815 links PLCs and compact controllers to a PC and enables the simulation of didactically prepared automation tasks. It is suited for checking control programs quickly, from simple motor control up to sorting systems.

Simulation and Training

The hps training system "PLC Applications" consists of simulation software and the PLC INTERFACE BOARD for linking a PLC or compact controller to a PC.

The software simulates different automation examples such as traffic lights, motor control, sorting systems and level control. In training, a PLC program is created for each application and checked immediately on the simulation model.

System Integration

The PLC INTERFACE BOARD adapts any 24 V PLC to the PC.

hps SystemTechnik recommends the UNIVERSAL COMPONENT BOARD Type 2150 as compact controller and the SPS BOARD S7-300 Type 2130 as programmable controller.
