Type 2120
CONTACTOR CONTROL BOARD Type 2120
The CONTACTOR CONTROL BOARD Type 2120 is part of the compact training system from conventional control to the PLC. It covers the basic 24 V contactor experiments, integrated process simulation and the fault simulator, and can be combined with the CONTACTOR BOARD and the AC MULTIFUNCTION MOTOR.
- All introductory contactor control experiments with 24 V
- Integrated process simulation
- Fault simulator for examination-oriented tasks
- Line circuit breakers, load disconnecting switches, main contactors and motor circuit breakers integrated
- Special contactors for direct PLC control
- AC MULTIFUNCTION MOTOR for squirrel-cage, wound-rotor and Dahlander experiments
System structure
Type 2120 is the CONTACTOR CONTROL BOARD of the compact training system from conventional control to the PLC. Together with CONTACTOR BOARD Type 2121.1 and the AC MULTIFUNCTION MOTOR Type 2122 it forms a complete training system for control engineering.
The integrated process simulation and fault simulator make the system suitable for teaching and examinations.
Applications and combinations
The board supports introductory 24 V contactor circuits, different motor applications and direct control from a PLC.
The power components are already integrated, so no special laboratory setup is required.
Technical data and motors
The system data include the 24 V supply, auxiliary contactors, timer relays, safety cover simulation and the separate data of the contactor board and motor board.
The AC MULTIFUNCTION MOTOR supports squirrel-cage, wound-rotor and Dahlander operation modes.
