ELECTRIC INSTALLATION BOARD Type 2101

Type 2101

ELECTRIC INSTALLATION BOARD Type 2101

The ELECTRIC INSTALLATION BOARD Type 2101 is a compact training system for the basic circuits of domestic and installation technology. It enables realistic 230 V experiments on typical wiring circuits directly on one board and includes an integrated error simulation. This makes the system suitable for classroom use, laboratory training and examination preparation without special lab furniture.

  • Basic circuits of installation technology combined on one board
  • Close-to-practice experiments by direct use of 220 ... 240 V AC mains power
  • Built-in error simulation via lockable switch panel
  • No special lab desk required, a 230 V socket suffices
  • Also available in the handy hps Box
  • Safety sockets (4 mm) for wiring all inputs and outputs

Use in installation technology

The ELECTRIC INSTALLATION BOARD teaches the most important basic circuits of domestic installation technology on a compact front panel. By using mains voltage directly, typical wiring and switching tasks can be assembled and analyzed under realistic conditions.

The system is designed so that no special laboratory desks are required. A standard 230 V mains outlet is sufficient, making the board suitable for classrooms, workshops and mobile training environments.

Integrated equipment and error simulation

The board already integrates typical installation components including distribution panel, two-way switches, pushbuttons, cross switch, dimmer, protective-contact socket, remote switch, motion detector, timer switch and lamp. All inputs and outputs are connected via 4 mm safety sockets.

A lockable switch panel is provided for error simulation. This allows fault finding and diagnostics to be incorporated directly into the training exercises.

Mechanical design, setup and accessories

The front panel is made of 5 mm laminated insulating material in matt blue. Circuit symbols are engraved in white and the rear side is protected by a grey plastic cover that also provides an ergonomic working angle on the desk.

The board is also available as a box version. In addition, an accessory set with safety leads and safety bridge connectors is recommended, and the manual "Basic Circuits in Installation Technology" (Type V 0110) is available as accompanying training documentation.

  • Integrated components including two-way switches, cross switch, dimmer, remote switch and motion detector
  • Timer switch for 3-wire and 4-wire circuits with adjustable time from 1 to 10 min
  • Motion detector with 120° detection range and adjustable time and twilight threshold
  • Recommended accessory set and experiment manual available for direct use in training
