Type LC2010
Laboratory System LC2010
The LC2010 laboratory system is a binary control setup for supply tank control. Level, pumps, valves, switches and indicator lamps are available as a learning and experiment environment on lab sockets.
- Binary control technology for supply tanks
- Level detection via float switches
- Three pumps for changing the level
- Control panel with switches, push buttons and indicator lamps
- Signal routing via lab sockets
- Usable with WinErs simulation and the LC2030 practical package
Task
With LC2010, trainees can design binary controls for a supply tank system. The level is detected by float switches and the pumps are controlled from the operator panel.
Experiment setup
Switches and push buttons on the control panel can be used for tasks such as emergency stop, process start, process stop and interruptions. Indicator and fault lamps mark process and error states.

- 1 x frame with control panel
- Tanks
- 2 x acrylic tanks, 150 x 200 x 400 mm, approx. 9 l
- Pumps
- 3 x centrifugal pumps, max. delivery rate 270 l/h
- Hand valves
- 3 x hand valves for flow adjustment
- Float switches
- 3 x level float switches
- Couplings
- 3 x single-hand coupling with automatic closure for pump connection
- Drain
- 1 x single-hand coupling with drain hose for emptying the tanks
