Type 3850
MICROCONTROLLER BOARD Type 3850
The MICROCONTROLLER BOARD Type 3850 is a training system for microcontroller technology with direct PC connectivity. It combines programming in C, BASIC and Assembler with digital and analog inputs and outputs as well as an integrated Siemens controller from the 8051 family.
- Universal training system for microcontroller technology
- Programming under Windows in C, BASIC and Assembler
- Communication with an IBM-compatible PC via RS-232
- 20 digital inputs or outputs
- 4 analog inputs and 4 analog outputs
- 32 KB ROM, 32 KB RAM and optional 8 KB EEPROM
Microcontroller Training System
The MICROCONTROLLER BOARD introduces microcontroller technology and uses the Siemens 80C535 from the 8051 family as its core component. The connection to the PC is established via RS-232.
The software package consists of the muVision2 and BASCOM LT DEMO development environments. In addition, 8051winLight or 8051win can be used for data transfer.
Operation and Accessories
Digital signals can be programmed bit-wise and byte-wise, while analog signals are handled through four inputs and four outputs. Timers, watchdog, interrupts and A/D conversion are directly available in the training setup.
The manual recommends the Microcontroller Technology experiment manual V 0150, an EEPROM 28C64 or 28C65 and the software packages 8051winLight or 8051win.
