Renewable energy and solar thermal context
Series 1H-00 introduces heating technology and solar thermal applications within renewable energies. The datasheet presents the installation as an example of a modern solar system and links boiler, burner, modules, experiment setup and storage into one coordinated training environment.
Its introductory text places renewable energies in the wider context of sustainable energy resources and explains the relevance of solar radiation, geothermal energy, tides, wind and biomass.
Modules and system structure
The series is organised as a modular overview. Listed components include heating controller / solar controller, boiler, distributor, radiator, domestic hot-water storage tank, outside sensor, floor heating, heating-circuit extension, return temperature raise, solar collector, solar storage tank, solar station, buffer / hydraulic separator and heat exchanger.
Workbook, documentation, power supply and storage cabinet are also part of the overview. For that reason, 1H-00 should be read as the parent series and module landing page rather than as a single board.
Mechanical design, transport and storage
The front panels of the boards are made of 5 mm laminated insulating material in matt blue and are engraved with coloured symbols according to the installed functional groups. The rear side is protected by a stable grey plastic housing.
For transport and storage the boards can be inserted compactly into a grooved carrying case, which serves as both secure transport packaging and practical storage.
