ELECTRIC BOARD Type 1019

Type 1019

ELECTRIC BOARD Type 1019

The ELECTRIC BOARD from hps SystemTechnik is a universal teaching and training system for basic experiments in DC and AC electrical engineering. It is designed specifically for industrial metalworking trades and combines an adjustable DC and AC voltage source with pluggable components on a clearly structured 4 mm safety socket field. Thanks to frame-mounting and case integration, the board supports bench use, classroom demonstration, safe transport and organized storage in one system.

  • Universal teaching and training system for metalworking trades for basic DC and AC electrical engineering experiments
  • Integrated adjustable DC and AC voltage source directly on the board
  • All functions short-circuit-proof and overload-protected, with LED status indication
  • 4 mm safety sockets in a 19 mm grid, with four electrically connected sockets per group
  • Pluggable components, connecting plugs and connecting leads for fast and safe circuit setup according to the circuit diagram
  • Storage area on the front panel with engraved circuit symbols for clear component organization

Experiment setup

Experiments are set up with pluggable components. For this purpose, the front panel of the ELECTRIC BOARD provides a clearly arranged socket field with 4 mm safety sockets laid out in a 19 mm grid.

Every four sockets form one group. The sockets within a group are electrically connected and identified by white engraving. This arrangement allows circuits to be assembled quickly and safely according to the specified circuit diagram without extensive preparation time.

The individual socket groups are interconnected by means of connecting plugs and/or connecting leads. Both power sources are overload-protected and short-circuit-proof, and their operating states are indicated by LEDs.

Storage and operation

For experiments, the ELECTRIC BOARD can be placed on a table or mounted in an hps frame for demonstration purposes.

In addition, the ELECTRIC BOARD can be inserted into a case (Type 8182.14) without tools. The case serves for safe transport and storage; all experiments can also be performed directly with the case open.

The left-hand area on the front panel is reserved for storing the plug-in components. It is engraved with the corresponding circuit symbols and provides a clearly organized storage area for the components.

Experiment manual

For the ELECTRIC BOARD, hps SystemTechnik offers the experiment manual "Basics of Electrical Engineering" (Type V 0106). It contains numerous experiments including tasks and solutions.

  • Suitable for bench operation and can be mounted in hps frame systems for demonstration
  • Can be inserted into case Type 8182.14 without tools; experiments can also be carried out directly in the opened case
  • Components protected against incorrect wiring
  • Detailed experiment manuals with tasks and solutions available
