TRANSMITTER BOARD Type 4282

Type 4282 is the transmitter section of the transmission system for fibre optics, infrared and wired-line experiments. It provides analogue and digital signals as well as optical and electrical output paths. Together with the receiver board it forms complete transmission chains.

Transmitter side

The board represents the transmitter side of the system. Optical as well as electrical transmission paths can be built and driven by the integrated generators.

The optical outputs allow experiments with plastic and glass fibres as well as infrared transmission.

Lab applications

The module is designed for experiments with modulation and demodulation boards, standard generators and measuring equipment. The socket field for the laser module enables additional exercises with the laser diode.

Comparison measurements with two-wire and coaxial lines make the effect of the transmission path directly visible.
